New Homes Sales Consultant
Salary plus commission circa £35k - £40k OTE
Working pattern - every weekend, two days off in the week
Are you a hardworking, self- motivated and tenacious sales person with sound experience of the new homes market?
This business has established an enviable track- record for creating high quality homes in desirable parts of London and the South East. They are one of the largest developers in the capital, with a reputation for excellence and a growing portfolio of homes to live or invest in. They have won multiple awards for the design of their homes.
As part of their expansion outside of London, they have created a new region –this region will develop homes across the UK and currently they have opportunities for sales associates to take responsibility for sales on projects spanning Warwick and Milton Keynes. As such successful candidates will need to be flexible around location with likely travel to be required within 1.5 hours travel time of MK9.
Reporting into the Regional Field Sales Manager, they are looking for ambitious individuals with a track- record of meeting targets in a demanding sales environment. Essential will be your ability to demonstrate high levels of customer service, as this is key to everything they do.
- First class negotiation and influencing skills
- Proven track record of high end property sales experience preferably within new homes
- Ability to meet and exceed targets
- Proven track record of providing high levels of customer satisfaction
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Presentation and Networking Skills
- Excellent computer literacy, inclusive of Microsoft Excel
