Customer Care Assistant/Admin
Milton Keynes
Salary; £20,000 plus

This is the opportunity to work for a High-end House builder located in Milton Keynes. They are looking for a candidate with a background in Customer Care/Admin.

Duties to include:
• Answer and directing incoming calls
• Sending emails and letters on others behalf
• Preparing Handover files
• Liaising with the customer care manager
• Dealing with customer care complaints
• Assisting all managers in each department on daily activities
• Liaising between purchasers and agents

Requirements
• Great phone manner and communication skills
• Computer literate
• Good at writing
• Excellent eye for detail and accuracy
• Team player and committed to overall company results
• Driven to exceed customer expectations
• Always willing to go the extra mile
