One of the UK’s top ten house builders is recruiting a Utilities Coordinator to join their technical team on a permanent basis. This position will be based in their Central office, located just outside of Birmingham.
As a Utilities or Services Coordinator, you will oversee external Engineering Consultants, External Utility Companies and Local Authorities, involving the project management and administration of all utility matters for various residential projects within a 40-minute radius of their office.
You will report to the Technical Director and/or Construction Director. The person they appoint must be adaptable and strong in their management approach with a consistent approach to managing external utility companies.
To be considered for this position you must have an engineering background and possess several years’ experience working in a similar role, preferably working for a house builder, residential developer or Engineering Consultancy.
