Sales and Development Consultant - New Homes
30 hour working week from Thursday to Monday.

As they launch a new Midlands region we will be supporting their growth across all divisions. They have been building homes as a family business for a hundred years and can boast tremendous amounts of awards coupled with an extremely low staff turnover and strong business culture. In addition to their Homes division, they also operate a mixed use and commercial development business and a Strategic land function. People are paramount to this business and therefore they operate a rigid recruitment process to ensure they work with the industries best talent. Their Homes portfolio constitutes a mix of exclusive homes in sought after areas, with the highest attention to detail and the best quality materials.
They are currently looking for a Sales and Development Consultant to join them on a permanent basis in their Oxfordshire region. The site is based near the Gloucestershire border. The existing construction team is strong and handpicked; NHBC award winning. They are now seeking an ambitious individual to join their team with new sites up and coming at this busy time. Other sites in the pipeline are based in various location across Oxfordshire so the role will offer longevity.
The Sales and Development Consultant will be on a basic of £32,375 with up to12% annual bonus. The hours in the Summer months are 11:00am till 17:00pm and in the Winter months it will be 10:30am till 16:30pm. This equates to a 30 hour working week from Thursday to Monday.
• Sales and Development Consultants manage and develop the sales process from day one - reserve and buy up until a 2-year period in line with building warranties, or until site completion.
• You will have weekly meetings with the Site Managers, to discuss any remedial that needs completing before the move date.
• You will be responsible for providing 5* customer service throughout the whole sales process as this is a full account management role and you will take full responsibility form reservation to handover.
• This particular site is circa of 60 units providing an even split of private and afford housing.
