An Established multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Warwickshire are looking for a Civil Engineer to join their expanding team. In this role you will have the chance to work on a variety of project types including commercial, industrial and residential schemes.
This consultancy has continued to grow over the last 20 years and has worked with a range of different clients in different sectors. The projects they work on also vary in size from a small home extension to a large apartment block.
Roles and Responsibilities:
In the role of Civil Engineer, you will be expected to design drainage for projects in the residential, commercial and industrial sectors. You will be designing drainage using the design software; Microdrainage. Experience using microdrainage is therefore essential. In addition to this you will also be expected to design carriageways using PDS and Civil 3D so experience in one of these software’s is essential. You will also attend site meetings on a regular basis and liaise with external clients to make sure projects are on track.
To be considered for this position you must have at least two years’ experience working on infrastructure and drainage schemes. In addition to this you must be proficient in Microdrainage, PDS and AutoCAD. You must also be familiar with Sections 104,106,38 and 278 agreements. It would be advantageous if you have experience in one of the following project types: residential, commercial or industrial.
