An established, award winning multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Northamptonshire is on the lookout for a Civil Project Engineer to join their growing engineering team on a permanent basis.
With extensive experience in the engineering sector this consultancy prides itself on understanding what the client’s needs are and strives to make sure projects are completed with the highest quality. The majority of projects will involve working on residential, commercial, educational and healthcare developments across the UK therefore experience in at least one of these sectors is essential.
The person they appoint will join the growing civil engineering team to provide support on a variety of projects, ranging in value from £500,000 to £30million. You will be responsible for the project management of complex projects for clients in a variety of public and private sectors. This will also include liaising with clients, design, implantation of contracts and providing support to other sectors in the company. You will also be responsible for managing your own workload and the workload of others who are in the project team.
To be considered for this position you must be educated to degree level and have at least 3 years post graduate experience. You must have the knowledge and ability to independently design infrastructure, roads and drainage schemes. You must also be competent using engineering software’s such as PDS, Microdrainage and AutoCAD.
