With their land bank currently consisting of sites within the South and South West regions, they are looking to grow this into the Oxford/Cambridge corridor; Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and parts of Northamptonshire. Establishing these locations will help deliver increased profits to the group through the strategic land team whilst continuing with the stream of new sites for potential opportunities driven by the ‘Homes’ division.

This highly-sought after role will give you the opportunity to work across the Strategic Land team; influencing strategic direction and monitoring the viability of sites. You will be required to secure a minimum of two opportunities per annum for the Business Unit to ensure development through the planning system.
