Senior Architectural Technician

Permanent  |  Birmingham, West Midlands  |  One month  |  £35000.00 to £45000.00<

An established Midlands based House Builder is looking to recruit a Senior Architectural Technician to join their technical team on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Technical Director, your main responsibilities will include co-ordination of consultants and interrogation of architectural designs; support of the pre-contract application process; submission of building regulation/NHBC applications and securing all necessary consents to enable projects to commence; liaison and support of other departments with regard to providing technical information and resolving technical issues.

You will need to have excellent IT skills and have a detailed knowledge of the Building Regulations, CfSH, SBD and HQI Standards, with the ability to use AutoCAD. You will be organised, confident and possess excellent communication skills.
