Customer Service Coordinator – South Birmingham
£25K Depending on experience

The UK’s most upmarket major homebuilder and leading developer of premium homes are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team.

The Customer Service Co-ordinator will report to the Customer Service Managers.

Key Responsibilities;
Answer and deal with all calls and queries relating to your developments
Organise the completion of works identified to ensure repairs are completed within the specified time
Liaise with purchasers, contractors, maintenance team, suppliers and NHBC to ensure that remedial issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner and within agreed time scales
Escalation of relevant issues to manager and other departments
Provide information for customer service reports
Review of invoices
Ad hoc administrative duties as required
