An award winning Residential Developer located in Warwickshire is in search of an experienced Part II Architectural Assistant to join their existing team on a permanent basis.
This is a unique opportunity to join a design led studio who deliver high-end bespoke residential developments in affluent areas of the UK. Working from their modern, open plan studio you can be a part of a very dynamic team of Architects, Interior Designers, Quantity Surveyors and Construction Managers. They use the latest Cloud technology so you can be sure of excellent technical infrastructure and support: the practice currently uses AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, InDesign, Illustrator and Revit. With all professionals, working under the same roof you can be assured that seamless project delivery can be achieved which adds to your overall job satisfaction.
The office is extremely busy with new commissions and they wish to grow their architectural studio.
The role they are looking to fill demands someone who has excellent design skills, good technical ability and strong presentation skills. You will be working closely with two qualified Architects in the existing team. To be considered for this position you must be an experienced Part II Architectural Assistant with previous experience of working on residential projects.
