We are sponsoring a local volunteer group – CPR Counts
We are delighted to announce that we are sponsoring a local volunteer group, based in Sutton Coldfield.
Malcolm Robinson organises monthly free basic life support training course in Sutton Coldfield. Four volunteers organise and run the classes, including a Lead Resuscitation Officer for Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (Mike Bennett) who generously gives up his spare time to present the courses.
We have funded a professional video to be filmed for CPR Counts, this will go on their website and social media pages to help publicise their cause and encourage the general public to book onto one of their future classes.
The video will show what life saving skills you can learn at one of their classes, along with Malcolm’s story of the true horror he encountered when he suffered a cardiac arrest and how luckily a stranger saved his life. This life changing event inspired him to encourage everyone to learn basic life saving skills.
We think it is amazing what the CPR Counts team are doing and we want to make sure their fantastic work carries on, it is our aim to help the team gain the exposure they need to keep their classes fully booked.
We will be sharing the video on our website and social media too. Video coming soon…
