Has your regions average house price changed in the past year?

Seven Capital have posted an interesting read about positive house price growth in the Midlands, since last year to Feb 2018.
Figures taken from the Office for National Statistics, shows that in February 2018 the average house price in the UK was £225,047.
The West Midlands are showing growth and high demand for properties, where as London is still showing an annual decrease.
Interestingly the largest annual house price change has been in Scotland, house prices have increased by 6.2% from Feb 2017 – Feb 2018.
