Meet your Midlands employability recruitment specialist …….

amanda-new-pic-256x300

With the last scrap of wrapping paper packed away and the faint smell of turkey and mulled wine still in the air, thoughts inevitably turn to the New Year – and a new job. For some, it’s a time for reviving old dreams and for others it’s a chance to dream anew.
The first step is to consider what you want to change, to turn that dream into a reality. What does this ‘new job’ look like? Are you looking for a complete change of career or for more responsibility or a promotion? What can you do to accelerate your job search? What areas should you focus on in 2013 to transition to a new career?
I can help! I am an established Specialist Recruiter with Taylor Herrick Recruitment, an independent boutique recruitment business and I specifically focus on recruitment in the sectors of Employability, Welfare to Work, Skills and Work Based Learning.
The business has grown over the past year; working with providers to fill vacancies nationwide. I predominately work from our Head Office in the Midlands, and am keen to offer my experience, understanding and enthusiasm to local organisations, concentrating on the East and West Midlands regions.
With more than 7 years of working experience in the recruitment and HR industry, my previous working experience has included developing a thorough knowledge and understanding of Welfare to Work contracts. This has been gained working for an established Midlands based provider in delivery and leadership positions. I have also worked in HR for a major corporate finance company offering a highly professional and bespoke account management and advisory service to clients.
As a market leader in recruitment, our aim at Taylor Herrick Recruitment is to provide a positive and quality recruitment experience for both candidates and clients, developing people’s careers and businesses within the sector for the better.
As a sector which has evolved and grown with the current economic situation, there has been many changes to Government contracts and the delivery of them, including the introduction and winning of new contracts, constant funding changes, reviews and announcements.
Taylor Herrick Recruitment constantly reviews and evolves to meet the high expectations of our clients and candidates in order to deliver a high quality, tailored service. As the New Year unfolds, our objectives are to improve our local service, providing a niche recruitment service to the Employability & Skills sectors in the Midlands.
Whether you’re a candidate or a client seeking to take the lead in the Midlands within this sector, I can support you in this New Year.
