Natalie Taylor Herrick BA Hons MIRP Cert RP
Director

Natalie is a management graduate with over twelve years experience as a specialist recruiter and several years experience of running her own company.

Her specialist sectors are recruiting, coaching and resourcing services within architecture / construction and the welfare to work sector.  Integrity, honesty, loyalty and trust are some of her attributes identified by her clients. In addition to her skills as a recruiter, Natalie has a strong ability to develop opportunities and build relationships; this is due to her personable nature and passion for the work she does and those she works with.

Her aspirations are to continue developing a successful and sustainable business in order to achieve personal and professional goals. She intends to accomplish this by continuing to deliver exceptionally high levels of service and helping people achieve their personal career aspirations.

Jessica Robinson MPlan
Recruitment Consultant – Architecture

Jessica is a specialist Architectural Recruiter based in Birmingham.

Having lived in Liverpool throughout her university years, studying a Master of Planning, she is utilising her knowledge, expertise and experience within the built environment to assist Architectural Practices with the recruitment of both permanent and contract staff.

Jess has been working alongside Natalie for a year now and has made many successful placements across the Midlands. She is now looking forward to continuing with Taylor Herrick Recruitment and continuing to work with her clients in order to help assist with their recruitment. A self confessed socialite; she loves spending times with friends and holidaying.


Rhiannon Clement
Recruitment Consultant – Employability & Skills

Rhiannon has worked in both Health and Social care and Welfare to Work and is able to apply this knowledge to her role as a specialist recruiter within employability and skills.

Growing up in Wales, Rhiannon has gained extensive knowledge of the geography of the area and is perfectly placed to recruit across Wales and the North of England.

Her personable character and passion for helping people makes her a good recruiter with strong core values.


Ruth Whitehouse
Recruitment Consultant – Employability & Skills

Ruth has an expansive recruitment career in a number of sectors, including Health & Social Care, Welfare to Work and Work Based Learning. Academically, Ruth holds a BA Hons, Cert RP and QCF Level 3 in Employment Related Services. This, combined with over 8 years recruitment experience gives her an unrivalled platform within the Employability & Skills Recruitment Industry.

She joins the team having recently worked for a Work Programme and Work Based Learning recruitment agency and is looking forward to taking her career to the next level here at Taylor Herrick Recruitment. She has recruited nationally for a number of large training providers and prime contractors, and has excellent local knowledge of client needs in each area.

Having previously worked with Natalie, Ruth is excited to now be working for Taylor Herrick; sharing similar work ethics, standards and passions as Natalie. (A shared love of all things shoes and handbags is also enjoyed!!)

Socially, Ruth enjoys combining her work life with the demands of raising a family, and relishes the challenges this dual role brings



Louisa Draper
PA to Director

Louisa has worked within the administration sector for four years gaining the skills and attributes required to be a highly organised PA to support the Taylor Herrick Team.

In Louisa's spare time she is currently enjoying planning her wedding along with socialising locally in Henley In Arden. She is looking forward to being an established team member and keeping the recruiters in check.



Amy Close
Recruitment Consultant – Architecture, House Building & Engineering

Amy will bring a consultative approach to house building recruitment, she believe she will identify key criteria’s for candidates and clients alike. She is extremely work motivated and believes in providing a proactive and efficient service.

In her spare time she enjoys travelling, going to new places and spending time with her friends and family.



Stephanie Lay
Recruitment Consultant – Architecture & Engineering

Having recently graduated in Interior Architecture and Property Development Stephanie is a new member of the team who brings with her a firm understanding of the architecture, construction and built environment industry. Stephanie covered many aspects within her degree ranging from Health & Safety, NBS Specifications, Building Regulations, Planning and CAD.

Her aim is to provide excellent service between client and candidate in order to fulfil both parties' needs. She is hardworking, enthusiastic and welcomes new challenges. In order to ascertain what a client/candidate needs a client brief would be drawn up and regular communication is key, being involved in the process makes it rewarding. She is happy to have joined the team at Taylor Herrick and she is looking forward to working to provide a professional, friendly and efficient service.
