Natalie Taylor Herrick BA Hons MIRP Cert RP
Director
Natalie is a management graduate from the University of Brighton. At the age of 33 she has over ten years experience as a specialist recruiter and several years experience of running her own company.
Her specialist sectors are recruiting, coaching and resourcing services within architecture / construction and the welfare to work sector. Integrity, honesty, loyalty and trust are some of her attributes identified by her clients. In addition to her skills as a recruiter, Natalie has a strong ability to develop opportunities and build relationships; this is due to her personable nature and passion for the work she does and those she works with.
Her aspirations are to continue developing a successful and sustainable business in order to achieve personal and professional goals. She intends to accomplish this by continuing to deliver exceptionally high levels of service and helping people achieve their personal career aspirations.
Jessica Robinson MPlan

Jessica is a specialist Architectural Recruiter based in Manchester.
Having lived in Liverpool throughout her university years, studying a Master of Planning, she is utilising her knowledge, expertise and experience within the sector to assist Architectural Practices with the recruitment of both permanent and contract staff.
Rhiannon Clement
Recruitment Consultant – Employability & Skills
Rhiannon has worked in both Health and Social care and Welfare to Work and is able to apply this knowledge to her role as a specialist recruiter within employability and skills.
Growing up in Wales, Rhiannon has gained extensive knowledge of the geography of the area and is perfectly placed to recruit across Wales and the North of England.
