Dynamic, passionate and highly motivated Employment Advisors required to deliver the Work Programme in South Warwickshire.

The role of an Employment Advisor is highly variable and can be completely different from one day to the next. Your primary responsibility will be to work with a portfolio of clients on a one to one basis in order to assist them in getting back into long-term sustainable employment as quickly as possible.

The ideal candidate will need excellent motivational and coaching skills as you will be helping customers in creating their own work-focussed action plan in order to give the best possible preparation for their job search. Fantastic analytical and questioning skills will also be required as the role is highly engaging and diagnostic.

This role will enable you to make a BIG idfference to peoples lives.

In addition the successful candidate will be target focussed and an outstanding communicator.

Experience of working with highly disadvantaged customers, such as drug and alcohol dependency, domestic violence, ex-offenders, physical or mental health issues is highly desirable.
