The organisations’ Training Division is looking for committed and approachable Childcare Assessors, who will deliver their training programmes, using their online portfolio system, and at childcare settings throughout the UK. The role will be predominantly home based with regular travel to local childcare settings.

The role will involve responsibility for a cohort of learners, within their own workplaces, and enabling each individual to achieve their qualification in an allotted time frame, by assessing, supporting and guiding them, using a range of methods.

You will be required to manage your own diary and update company MIS systems to reflect both this, and the progress of each individual learner, in accordance with both the awarding body and the Companies Training Policies and Procedures.

The chosen individual will need to be IT literate, and have good knowledge of Microsoft Office software.

Essential requirements are the A1 Assessors award and NVQ L3+ qualification (or equivalent) in childcare

Salary £21,000 plus private health insurance, laptop and mobile phone.
