We are seeking a commercially savvy, target and sales driven Manager to be accountable for the overall responsibility of achieving and exceeding contractual and financial targets.
This position would suit a recruitment or sales manager who has excellent team management skills, knowledge of Welfare to Work and Employability and a commercial awareness of the jobs market in Nottingham.
Working on the Government Work Programme contract, you will make certain that the very best experience is delivered to the Providers customers, ensuring that this medium sized team are maximising job entry and job sustainability outcomes as well as exercising effective budgetary control.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team, be that in one site or lots of smaller community sites, to achieve contractual and financial targets.
• Understand the importance of building strong relationships with Job Centre Plus, The Department for Work & Pensions, local employers and other key stakeholders to raise the Providers profile, in order for them to continue to take the lead in this challenging and rapidly changing industry.
• Motivate, inspire and lead teams to success and do this through the effective management of your employees; know how each individual is performing, be aware of fulfilling contractual performance and help nurture your team’s skills to achieve greater results.

Proven track record of managing and coaching teams to achieve high performance targets along with the ability to manage self and others creating clear plans and working towards success.
• Commercial & Financial Acumen: A desire to succeed and the ability to work to targets and manage budgets. The ability to achieve results through well planned delivery processes and an awareness of performance impact on the wider contract.
