Apprenticeship Learner Engagement Executive - Derby based â Immediate Start Reporting to the Business Manager and Team Leader this role involves promoting the Foundation Learning and Ignite programmes which help young adults to improve their levels of confidence and motivation and ability to secure employment, apprenticeships or Further Education. Working in a target driven environment with responsibility for enhancing the centreâs presence local within the Derby City Centre and maximising referrals through networking and direct promotion of our programmes. You will be accountable for the generation of referrals / starts onto all programmes through sales and marketing activities, i.e. networking within the community building links with companies and agencies, canvass calling, organising and promoting marking events and attending external events. We are ideally seeking a confident, out-going and bubbly sales experienced individual who has first class influencing and communication skills. Previous experience e of working in the welfare to work or employability sector is essential, as is the ability to demonstrate a proven track record in achieving targets. You must be available for an immediate start.
