After taking your brief in full, we will conduct a search of our extensive existing database of sector specific candidates. Through this and our networking and marketing we will provide a shortlist of appropriate applicants. We will manage the interview process, including feedback, offers, negotiations and acceptance whilst providing support and advice throughout. The fee only applies once the candidate starts working with you. No placement, no fee.
We will manage your advertising for the vacancy, from brief taking, writing the advert (in either your company name or ours), monitoring responses, selecting and interviewing appropriate applicants to then be able to provide you with a shortlist of candidates. This takes the time out of the selection process and the fee is paid on production of a shortlist.
This is an effective method for senior level appointments. You can retain our services exclusively. We will spend a considerable amount of time with you taking a thorough brief and will then search for and approach candidates about your vacancy. Whilst remaining discreet at all times we will sell your opportunity to the candidates once we are sure that they would be a good fit for your organisation. Our consultants will be there to support you throughout the whole process until the final candidate has been selected and starts with you.

Using our qualified and experienced Consultants we can deliver assessment centres for you, regardless of the number of applicants to be shortlisted. Through several different means (psychometric testing, interviews, assessed tasks and exercises) we will select only the appropriate candidates and provide you with a final shortlist. This is really useful if you have had a mammoth response to an advert or have several roles to fill.
